Well this is exactly what disgusts me about the legal system it's not even about facts or evidence or testimonials or truth usually just about which lawyer is more aggressive and argumentative so look at OJ Simpson likely killed his wife but not guilty in court? There are innocent people too that have lawyers don't fight don't submit evidence don't appeal etc. and then innocent people are punished. It's just some game and they are not held to ethical regulations always either by the judges or masters . Peoples lives on the line and it's just a routine to the lawyers.
I would have asked this ambulance chaser if I could ask him something in private and then the ol solar plexus would get a good one. Then go back in and finish the depo, nice and quiet like.
